GSP –H33 Series
The carriage foot, plate, gauge plate, remnant arm, and blade cover are now extruded. This eliminates any chance of porosity and allows for less seams.
The new blade cover incorporates the latching mechanism, eliminating mounting port on blade ring.Blade Ring is now made of Grivory. The advantage is the stand-offs are now molded into the ring, eliminating several seams in the splash zone.

The extruded carriage plate includes the product feed L bracket. This is a mechanical improvement as well as hygienic.
Raised lip in front and back keeps liquids from the controls and counter. Liquid is directed to a central point for easy cleaning.

A drain has been added to the extruded, 1 pc. gauge plate to direct liquids away from the controls and counter. Competitors will continue to use a 2 pc design.
The carriage handle has been redesigned and exceeds NSF requirements. Fixed to the foot, there are no cleaning issues on the underside. A removable carriage is unnecessary. Off-set from the drip zone is another advantage.

The sharpener is now submersible and dishwasher safe. The previous ‘honey-comb’ design was difficult to clean.We continue to have an advantage over top-mounted sharpeners with regards to safety and hygiene.
