CP-201

The CP-201 Gravity Case Packer is a universal case packing system.  The system is of stainless steel construction and is designed for placing the horizontal positioning of product into cardboard cases, plastic crates, or trays.  The CP-201 is equipped with a drop door unit to handle products of various weights up to 5 kg.  The CP-201 comes with a patented in-feed system with two vertical conveyor belts, which are centrally adjustable in width and reduce the volume of the bags during transport to the drop door unit.  The system is also equipped with a case change unit which is adjustable to fit different case heights and a case vibrating systems for volume reduction during bag filling.

Highlights of the system are:

• Vertical bag in-feed conveyor belts.
• Center-line positioning of the bags.
• Up to 120 bags per minute in multi-drop mode.
• All settings are completely menu controlled.
• HMI touch screen is enclosed in a stainless steel housing and on a swivel arm.
• Bag turning system is accomplished by two speed controlled parallel conveyors.
• Pre-positioning unit enables counting and overlay of bags.
• Bag in-feed conveyor system.
• Vertical belts with left/right bag positioning control unit.
•  Pneumatically operated drop doors for transfer of the bag or bag formation into the carton.
• Stop plate which determines the end position of the bags on the bomb doors.
• Bag compacting unit located above the bomb doors.
• System height positioning enables optimal filling of low cartons when using different carton heights.
• Case change unit with carton in-feed.
• Case vibrating system to vibrate the case during filling.
• Pusher/Compression unit which adds to the effectiveness of the vibrating system to ensure the best case filling.
