Convenient and clear on-screen operation is a particular feature of Bizerba WinCIS Counting. By re-calling stored data, for example by scanning, manual errors will be avoided. The universally clear operator prompting – optionally with touch screen for intuitive processing on the Bizerba NT Industrial Terminal – permits efficient and quick working. Through the use of the NTscale integrated scales software, weight detectors and reference scales (ML/HR) can be connected directly to the Bizerba NT Industrial Terminal.

Transparency of data

All data is permanently available, for example for inventory purposes. Evaluations, generation of lists and simple integration into higher-order ERP systems (optional) accomplish high transparency. The labeling, documentation and further processing of counting results are the essential prerequisites for a universal manufacturing concept (supply chain).

Single station or network - the application decides

The single workstation offers article and customer management, counting application and evaluation on one system. Through modern network architecture these tasks can be distributed to any workstation.

Intuitive processing

The clearly designed touch interface provides optimum operability. The complexity of program functions has been reduced to a minimum. Operator prompting is self-explanatory and even possible without the manual and, in addition, can be configured specifically for the customer. Inputs are made by operating large buttons directly with the finger, even when wearing gloves. Selecting articles, tare or customer is effected using via a hand scanner or a virtual keyboard on the touch screen or via a selection window.

Article or order-related counting process

Simple counting processes can be carried out by selecting the article and assigning the customer and tare container. Reference weights are stored by article or determined directly via the reference scales. Order-related counting is carried out by setting up orders with order items, assigning target quantities and processing individual items. Order data, even with ODETTE-relevant details, can be taken from higher-order, host systems.

Master data maintenance

Articles, addresses, containers and user data can be managed conveniently and centrally on the PC. A high degree of reliability is achieved through use of an open database structure.

LISTS, EVALUATIONS, DOCUMENTATION FOR COMPLETE TRANSPARENCY

Permanent availability of all data

Bizerba WinCIS Counting offers various evaluation possibilities:

• Weighing reports by article, customer or order.

• Generation of article, tare and customer lists right through to delivery notes.

• Statistical article evaluation via freely-definable use-by period.

Counting processes and order processing can be tracked if desired. The lists can optionally be displayed on-screen or sent to a Windows printer.

And of course also with ODETTE labeling (option)

Bizerba WinCIS Counting enables the generation of ODETTE standard labels for ODETTE transport labels and KLT labels. All ODETTE relevant data concerning recipient/supplier and article details is stored.

Modular program structure
