WHAT APPLIES LABELS QUICKLY AND PRECISELY IN THE RIGHT POSITION?

Separate belt guidance ensures reliable transport even of round items such as sausages or cucumbers. For connection to data processing or networked Bizerba systems, the relevant interfaces are available.

State-of-the-art technology

No matter which labels have to be processed in which size, the no-contact air-jet labeling technology ensures that they are positioned quickly and accurately in the right position. Alternatively, the rotary label application principle is also available. The GV 7000 is fitted with a back-lit LCD graphic display whose light/dark control facility permits ideal adjustment to different lighting conditions. The clearly arranged alphanumerical tactile keypad permits fast, simple entry of data. Flexibly assigned function keys (soft keys) captioned in the display further simplify operation. For quick access to the most frequently printed label layouts, up to 31 direct article keys can be assigned. A particularly beneficial feature is the optional memory card connection for:

This ensures data security and integrity also independently of the connected PC. Particular strengths of the GV 7000: Fast, brilliant printout as a result of high resolution and high print density. More information condensed into less space without compromising legibility – meaning optimum label space utilization. A wide number of different font types and sizes offer optimum scope for individual label designs. Print rotation through 0°, 90°, 180° and 270° is possible. The durable, high-resolution load cell ensures precise, reliable and fast weighing data acquisition – in a number of different weighing ranges.

Application

The GV 7000 is designed for flexible weigh price labeling applications in trade, retailing and industry. It can be either used as a stand-alone unit with manual feed or integrated into complete lines for fully automatic packaging and price labeling. For in-line operation, a comprehensive range of non-standard attachments are available, such as a feed and separator belt with height compensation and guide rails for reliable package transport.

Operation

Selective operator prompting with auxiliary display functions guarantees maximum reliability and substantially reduces work sequences. Goods handling is made particularly convenient by a height-adjustable feed unit which can be adjusted to all most commonly required packaging systems. Long operating times are made possible by a large label supply in the unit and optimum data safety due to password-protected access – all additional benefits loading scale in favor of this fully automatic weigh-price labeling machine. Label rolls can be quickly and simply exchanged. The thermal printing head offers particularly simple access for trouble-free cleaning. All functional components and the label roll are protected by a durable housing.

Functions

The GV 7000 automatically feeds, weighs and labels even packages of differing heights always in the correct position. Fixed-price and weight-related labeling are possible, and a choice of thermal and thermal transfer printing is provided.
